The World

The world was run by land, air and water by dinosaurs and reptiles. Sea levels rose world wide and spread across the center of North America due to climate change and plate tectonics. There was significant amounts of volcanic activity. The climate during this time was generally warm.

Time Span

The Mesozoic Era dated from 251 million to 65.5 million years ago. It is the middle chapter of the Phanerozoic eon, coming after the Paleozoic era but before the Cenozoic. This era was home to the Jurassic, Triassic and Cretaceous periods.
