La Negligencia y la impericia, asi como el dolo; consagran una actividad contraria al cumplimiento de las obligaciones

"Delitos contra la vida y la integridad corporal ", como son: el homicidio, las lesiones, el aborto y la responsabilidad profesional
"Delitos especiales", Codigo Penal Federal, son: delito de trafico y comercio de agentes patogenos o sus vectores, utilizacion de fuentes radioactivas, trafico de sangre y sus derivados, trafico y comercio de organos tejidos y componentes humanos, inseminacion artificial en la mujer, animales infectados, adulteracion de bebidas y alimentos, investigacion sin consentimiento, negar atencion autoridad sanitaria y de urgencia
