1. GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

Access to Gofluent 24/7 through the App or Web, with the possibility of carrying out activities on vocabulary, grammar, reading articles, etc.

Group oral sessions 40´ long and categorized by levels.

From HO, the results of access and use of the tool are monitored.

Access is through personal emails accounts for Retail teams and corporate emails for HO teams. On a monthly basis, we will send the corresponding information to Gofluent to register/unsubscribe as appropiate. As this is an extra tool offered by the company, connections will have to be made outside of business hours.
