Valuing Equality and Diversity

Legislation: a law, or set of laws, that have been passed by Parliament.

In this unit we will explore what the terms 'equality' and 'diversity' are and how they impact different situations. The research you do into the legislation around equality and diversity will help you understand how to approach certain situations and identify issues in society.
