What's the walk for? The purpose is to work with your perspective and the perspective of others. We all have certain privileges that we may not be aware of on a daily basis.

How to take a privilege walk? Select the pawn on the right. Move it to the START. Click the number boxes one by one and move the pawn according to the instructions. If you are not explicitly told how to move the pawn, stay in the same place. When you are done, make sure to reflect on your score by clicking on the box in the right corner.

If you have had to give up your goals and plans because of the needs of others, move the pawn back to the previous box. In any other case move the pawn forward.

• Do you recognise your privileges in your daily life?
• Do you recognise the privileges of others?

If you are almost always comfortable with people knowing your sexual orientation, move the pawn forward.

If you do not have to work during the holidays you celebrate, move the token forward.

If you have people in your family who are doctors, lawyers or in any profession that requires a degree (PhD), move the pawn forward.

If you are right-handed, move the pawn forward.

If you have ever been profiled by someone else using stereotypes, take one step back. In any other case move the pawn forward.

If you or someone close to you has a disability certificate, move the token back to the previous box. In any other case move the pawn forward.
