INSTALLING SOLIDWORKS 2023

Please sign up via the link below 1. Complete the contact information form 2. Select yes to I already have a serial number that starts with 9020 3. Choose 2023 (SP2.1) version 4. Click 'Request Download' 5. Click 'Accept and Continue' then 'download'

You will find 'SolidWorksInstall.exe' in your donwload folder. 6. Click on this file and you will see the image shown here 7. Click 'unzip' 8. Files will unzip and click ok

This will lauch the SolidWorks Installation Manager 9. Select 'Install on this computer 10. Apply the product code below to the first line only! Code: 9020 0057 2637 1703 QSM5 QS93

11. Click 'change' in the Products section. (see arrow) 12. Unselect 'SOLIDWORKS Electrical' and click 'Back to Summary' 13. Click 'Download and Install' Solidworks will install, this may take some time.

Once it has installed open SOLIDWORKS 2023 for the first time. (If it does not ask for this dont worry! We can do a quick check in session to see its the correct settings) 14. Select units as MMGS (millimeter, gram, second) and Standard as BSI 15. Go into System Options>Display>Projection Type for four view viewport to 'Third Angle.

Now follow the Solidworks Template files to create all your parts in the correct format for TEDI-London.
