CONTEMPORARY AGE

The Contemporary Age is the historical period between the French Revolution and the present day. It is a time characterized by revolutions and great artistic, social, political, technological and economic transformations.

Telephone

The first and perhaps most important telephone was created by Antonio Meucci, in 1854 he invented the telettrófoni. He invented a device capable of communicating his voice from the ground floor of a house to the upper floor, today this has changed, now they are more modern and you can talk to them over a long distance.

MIDDLE AGES

The Middle Ages is the historical period that begins from the fall of the Western Roman Empire until the Discovery of America. This long historical period, also known as feudalism, was a social, political and economic organization.

Printing

The printing is a mechanical method used to reproduce texts and images on paper or other material. But in the past it only consisted of applying ink on metal parts to record them by pressure.

MODERN AGE

The modern age is a historical period, after the Middle Ages and before the Contemporary Age.

The compass

The compass was created in the Middle Ages to guide navigators on the high seas. To this day it is still used for the same thing.

PREHISTORY

Prehistory is the period from the appearance of the first human beings to the invention of writing.

The fire

Fire was a very important discovery in prehistory because its flames were used to cook, defend themselves and illuminate the darkness, which made humans begin to evolve.

OLD AGE

The ancient age is a historical period between the end of prehistory in which writing was invented.

THE PULLEY

The pulley was invented to transmit force and help you move heavy objects in a comfortable way. It has a wheel anchored to an axle where a string rotates. In this way, the force is distributed on the periphery of the wheel, making it easier to move that object.
