ANSWER IMPLIED QUESTIONS

How we can find who and what when we have two nouns.

  • we can find multiple nouns in a sentence
  • It is common to get confused with both of them.
  • One noun can be the answer, but the other is a distraction, you need to listen carefully.

  • Here, two negative ideas will appear in just one sentence
  • There will be negative words and a negative prefix, two negative verbs, and neither or not either.
  • This can be confusing. Remember, that it is like maths, two negatives make a positive.
  • Two negatives in the sentence will make the sentence positive

HOW TO ANSWER

ANSWER IMPLIED QUESTIONS - ANSWER TRANSTION QUESTIONS

ANSWER IMPLIED QUESTIONS

1. Choose a key word in the question: Identify a specific word or phrase in the question that is likely to appear in the passage. 2. Scan the passage for the key word (or a related idea): Quickly skim through the passage, paying attention to words that may be related to the key word from the question. 3. Carefully read the sentence that contains the key word: Once you spot a sentence that contains the key word or a related idea, read it carefully to comprehend its meaning and context. 4. Look for an answer that could be true, according to that sentence: consider the options provided and select the one that aligns with the details mentioned in the passage.

ANSWER TRANSTION QUESTIONS

1. Read the first line for a preceding question: By focusing on the initial sentence, we can gather relevant details that might assist in understanding the context or main idea. 2. Read the last line for a following question: Similar to the previous skill, this involves reading the last line of a passage to gather information or hints that can aid in answering a question that comes after the passage. 3. Draw a conclusion about what comes before or after: This involves using information from the preceding and following sentences or paragraphs to make an inference or educated guess about what might have happened or will happen in the passage. 4. Choose the answer that is reflected in the first or last line of the passage: This skill requires carefully examining the first and last lines of a passage and selecting the answer choice that directly corresponds to or is supported by the information presented in those lines.
