Inatenciónhiperactividad e impulsividad

ATENCIÓN: no logra la obtención de manera detenida por un lapso de tiempo largo. *IMPULSIVIDAD (cognitivo/conductual)) *Hiperactividad (exceso de movimientos sin propósito) *Funciones ejecutivas (pensamiento). *Trastorno del lenguaje (por ende no comprende instrucciones)

Presentación combinada (inatención e hiperactividad-impulsividad) *Presentación predominate con falta de atención (inatención) *Presentación predominante hiperactividad/impulsividad (hiperactividad-impulsividad) *En remisión parcial (se cumplen todos los criterios pero en menor a 6 meses ). *Especificar gravedad: leve, moderado y grave.

Trabajo en conjunto d la familia, escuela, equipo médico, psicoloo y el paciente. *Terapia cognitivo-conductual

*Exceso de movimiento sin propósito y por dificultad para adaptarse a las regulaciones. *Hiperactividad-impulsividad muy relacionado. *Factores externos: situaciones aburridos, sin sentido, el cansancio. *Factores internos: la motivación, el enojo, la frustración. *Puede coexistir con otros trastornos: dificultades del aprendizaje, trastorno negativista desafiante y trastorno del espectro autista.

Observación de la conducta por un profesional. *Evaluación psicológica (escalas Conners y ADHD Rating Scate, Escala Magallanes) *Valoración médica (paidopsiquiatra)

Dificultad para prestar atención, seguir instrucciones y completar el trabajo. Conductas impulsividad, agresivas, desafiantes, por deficit de inhibición y falta de atención.
