Victim Defending

Suggests that both victim and offender are responsible for the crime.

Challenges victim blaming, and argues that the wrong-doer is the only one responsible.

Neither the victim nor the wrong-doer is responsible. The system (parents, school, peer pressure, subculture, etc.) is to blame.
