Clinical Trial Office negotiates the contract with the sponsor

Administrator requests recharge ID from fund manager and provides fund # to OROS

OROS updates OnCore with FAU and completes “Open to accrual” assignment

OROS submits minimum documents and EPASS to the Clinical Trials Office

Final execution of contract; fund number is generated

Study is active and open to accrual

Budget Negotiator finalizes budget with sponsor (OnCore Process)

Submit all documents to OROS
