INTRODUCTION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Artificial Intelligence refers to the ability of machines to perform tasks that would normally require human intelligence, such as learning, problem solving, and decision making. This is achieved by developing algorithms and computer programs that simulate human cognition and behavior. AI technology has the potential to revolutionize industries and transform society's way of life.

The term artificial intelligence was first used at John McCarthy's "Dartmouth Summer Research Project on Artificial Intelligence " conference in 1956. At that event, researchers presented the goals and vision of AI.

How is artificial intelligence inserted into everyday life?

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TIMELINE

1941: the laws of robotics, are born from the story of one of the most famous science fiction writers. Isaac Asimov.

2005: A car developed by Stanford University wins the robot vehicle competition by driving without human support.

2012: Google creates a supercomputer capable of learning through YouTube to identify cats as well as human faces and bodies

1956: the term artificial intelligence is born, coined by John McCarthy

2014: Alexa smart virtual assistant with voice interface.
