Cada persona que labora en la empresa por mas diverso que parezca su labor respecto al de los demás, forma parte de el servicio o producto que ofrece, por lo que hay que darle el valor nesesario a cada integrante, pues, sin su trabajo, el de los demás no podrá concretarse y eso influye en los resultados y la manera en que nos percibe el cliente

CONCLUSIONES

Estas 7 Lecciones son como los lugares por los que tienes que pasar si fueras en un barco que es tu empresa y el tesoro es el ser Exitoso respecto al Objetivo Principal del negocio, representan un reto a superar, hay que saber cuales son nuestras debilidades y diseñar planes de acción para crear o cambiar los procesos que nos permitan alinearnos con estas 7 oportunidades de mejora. Se trata de dar vida, cuidar y desarrollar un sentimiento estrecho de pertenencia, pasión, colaboración y atención dentro de la Compañia, que a su vez, tendrá un impacto positivo en la experiencia que disfrutan nuestros clientes pues ademas de brindarles un servicio de calidad estaran inmersos en nuestra forma unica de satisfacer sus necesidades, lo que garantize su fidelidad con la marca.
