_ Phía Bắc: dãy Hy-ma-lay-a cao đồ sộ, chạy theo hướng Tây Bắc –Đông Nam. _ Ở giữa: đồng bằng Ấn Hằng, rộng khá bằng phẳng kéo dài từ biển Arap đến vịnh Bengan. - Phía Nam: sơn nguyên Đê-can, tương đối thấp và bằng phẳng với hai dãy Gát Đông và Gát Tây được nâng cao.

_ Nam Á có diện tích khoảng 5,2 triệu km², chiếm 11,71% diện tích châu Á và là khu vực đông dân nhất thế giới

-Khu vực nam Á cũng có sự ảnh hưởng mạnh mẽ từ văn hóa giáo dục Hồi giáo.Các trường học và viện đào tạo hồi giáo được thành lập để truyền bá tri thức và giảng dạy các nguyên tắc của đạo Hồi-Ấn Độ với hệ thống giáo dục được thiết lập hàng ngàn năm TCN.Ấn Độ đã tạo ra các trường học và các hệ thống viện hàn lâm để truyền bá tri thức.Các trường học như Takshashila và Nalanda đã thu hút sinh viên từ khắp Châu Á-Thời kì hiện đại hóa trong TK XIX và XX,các quốc gia khu vực Nam Á tiếp nhận các yếu tố giáo dục từ phương Tây,gồm hệ thống giáo dục theo kiểu phương Tây,công nghệ thông tin,khoa học và công nghệ=>Đây là giai đoạn quan trọng trong sự phát triển VH-GD ở khu vực này

-Theo số liệu tính đến 2015,Ấn Độ là nước có nền kinh tế tăng trưởng nhanh nhất trong các nước Nam Á.Đây cũng là nền kinh tế lớn thứ 7 thế giới nếu xét theo GDP đanh nghĩa.-Nền kinh tế lớn thứ 2 của khu vực Nam Á là Pakistan,tiếp đến là Bangladesk rồi đến Sri Lanca=>Nền kinh tế khu vực thiếu ổn định,từ 2019 đã giảm tốc mạnh mẽ.

Sau khi giành được độc lập hầu hết các quốc gia Nam Á đã tiến hành xây dựng thể chế cộng hòa với những tên gọi khác nhau,đa số đều đi theo hướng dân chủ đa đảng,tuy nhiên chính trị các nước thường rơi vào tình trạng bật ổn do các cuộc xung đột về lợi ích giữa các đảng phái và tôn giáo

=>Nhìn chung thì hiện nay đạo phật,Ấn Độ giáo và đạo hồi phổ biến ở các nước Nam Á.Trong đó,Pakistan và Iran là đại diện cho hai nhánh quan trọng của tôn giáo này

-Nam Á là nôi của hai tôn giáo lớn trên thế giới hiện nay là Phật giáo và Ấn Độ giáo.-Bên cạnh hai tôn giáo lớn này thì Nam Á còn có một bộ phận đông đảo người theo Hồi giáo và một số tôn giáo khác

II.Tập tục tảo hôn ở Ấn Độ

1.khái niệm

-Xét ở góc độ xã hội,tảo hôn là việc hai bên nam nữ chưa đủ tuổi kết hôn theo luật định nhưng đã chung sống với nhau như vợ chồng và không đăng kí kết hôn.-Xét ở góc độ pháp lý,,theo khoản 8 Điều 3 luật hô nhân và gia đình 2014:"Tảo hôn là việc lấy vợ lấy chồng khi cả hai bên chưa đủ tuổi kết hôn theo quy định khoản 1 Điều 8 của luật này" -Tảo hôn là hành vi thuộc trong 3 trường hợp: +Nam lấy vợ khi chưa đủ 20 +Nữ lấy chồng khi chưa đủ 18 +Nam chưa đủ 20 và nữ chưa đủ 18

-Liên hợp quốc ước tính rằng Ấn Độ có số lượng cô dâu trẻ em lớn nhất thế giới với khoảng 223 triệu người.Theo báo cáo UNICEF 2020,gần 1,5 triệu bé gái vị thành niên kết hôn mỗi năm.-Cũng theo số liệu UNICEF,có tới 14% phụ nữ Yemen gả chồng trước 15 tuổi và 52% lấy chồng trước 18 tuổi

-Theo UNICEF,mặc dù chính thức bị cấm từ 2006 nhưng tập tục này vẫn phổ biến ở Ấn Độ và theo thống kê mới nhất Ấn Độ là nơi có nhiều"cô dâu trẻ em"nhất thế giới(43%)-Theo tổ chức GIirls Not Brides,việc kết hôn khi chưa thật sự trưởng thành đã đẩy các thiếu nữ Ấn Độ vào nguy cơ cao của lây nhiễm HIV và bạo lực gia đình.

-Tục tảo hôn đã tồn tại hàng ngàn năm.Người ta ước tính phân nửa số trẻ em ở Rahjastan(1 bang ở Ấn Độ) đã đính hôn qua lời của các ông tơ bà mối khi thậm chí chúng còn chưa biết mặt nhau-Hôn nhân dưới 18 tuổi là bất hợp pháp tại Ấn Độ nhưng vẫn bị phớt lờ một cách công khai

-Tục tảo hôn xuất hiện 1929.Những đứa trẻ khoảng 10 tuổi phải lập gia đình.Tục lễ này tồn tại rất nhiều ở vùng nông thôn Ấn Độ

2.Thực trạng

-Theo báo tuổi trẻ thủ đô,khủng hoảng covid-19 dẫn đến tình trạng tảo hôn ở Ấn Độ ngày càng phức tạp hơn.

-Theo UNICEF 2018,khoảng 27% trẻ em Ấn Độ kết hôn trước khi đủ 18 tuổi,giảm so với 47% của 1 thập kỉ trước đó.Nhưng đã có nhiều cảnh bboaos khủng hoảng covid-19 có thể giảm tiến độ đã đạt được.-Theo thống kê UNICEF,trong khoảng 223 triệu người,gần một nửa kết hôn khi chưa bước qua tuổi 15. -Trung bình mỗi năm trên toàn thế giới có khoảng 16 triệu trẻ sơ sinh chào đời từ những bà mẹ trong độ tuổi 15-19,chiếm 11% tổng số sản phụ toàn cầu.

Các cậu bé cũng bị kéo vào tảo hôn nhưng ít hơn các bé gái.Trên thế giới có khoảng 720 triệu bé gái bị bắt kết hôn sơm trong khi đó ở các cậu bé là 156 triệu.

Cô bé Rajani ngồi cạnh chú rể. Cả hai sẽ sống với bố mẹ của mình cho đến tuổi trưởng thành, sau đó cô dâu sẽ chuyển đến nhà chú rể ở.

3.Nguyên nhân

-Về giáo dục: giáo dục là yếu tố quan trọng nhất,phổ biến nhất làm ảnh hưởng đến tảo hôn. Ở các nước đang phát triển trên thế giới,số trẻ đi học ngày càng tăng trong những năm qua.Tuy vậy,Ấn Độ có 253 triệu thanh thiếu niên ở độ tuổi 13-19,chiếm khoảng 1/5 tổng dân số nước này,nhưng giáo dục giới tính nhiều nơi bị xem là cấm kị.Chính uyền tại 6 bang Ấn Độ thậm chí còn cấm giáo dục giới tính ở trường học,vì nó được cho là kích thích sự tò mò tình dục,khiến trẻ hư hỏng-Do hoạt động tuyên truyền,giáo dục ở các địa phương còn bị giới hạn. -Sự can thiệp của chính quyền địa phương thiếu kiên quyết,chưa mạnh mẽ,tảo hôn diễn ra ngay trong chính gia đình của cán bộ địa phương

_ Do sự hiểu biết của người dân còn yếu kém._ Ảnh hưởng của những quan niệm thành kiến, phong tục tập quán cổ hủ, lạc hậu. _ Nghèo đói,chế độ gia trưởng và bất bình đẳng giới. _ Đại dịch Covid-19 đã thúc đẩy tình trạng tảo hôn trên khắp Ấn Độ.Khi các gia đình gặp khó khăn, nghèo đói, các bé gái bị ép phải kết hôn sớm để giảm gánh nặng tài chính
