We need to consume many different types of nutrients to be strong and healthy. A balanced diet contains: proteins, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, fats, and of course, water.

Using the food pyramid helps us maintain a balanced diet.
4.TIPS FOR HEALTHY EATING
- Avoid eating an excess of fats
- Eat five times a day: breakfast, lunch, dinner and a piece of fruit.
- Eat the correct quantity of food for your body.
