Introduction

HI! My name, as some of you know, is Jasleen! This year my P.I.P is on.. TYler the creator!! I chose to do my P.I.P on him because he is one of my favourite musical artists, and I thought I'd share some of his albums/music.

Who IS Tyler the creator?

Tyler Gregory Okonma, better known as Tyler, the creator, is a 32 year old American rapper/ producer. Tyler was born on March 26th 1991 in Boulder, Colorado. Tyler started his rapping career in the late 2000s by posting beats and art on "MySpace". He has made 7 albums as "Tyler the creator" and is streamed by over 24 million people just on spotify!

My favourite album

My personal favourite album by Tyler is, Flower Boy!!! This album was made in 2017 and has 14 tracks. My personal favourite has always been "See you again" . Tyler collaborates with Kali Uchis on this song. It also happens to be the most popular song on this album and is honestly over played. My second favourite would be "Foreword", and Tyler collaborates with Rex Orange County ion this song, but honestly, I love every song on this album!

Odd Future

Odd Future, or "OFWGKTA" was a hip hop musical group created in 2008 by Tyler the creator at only 15 years old. This group consisted of multiple members including Tyler the creator, and many more members like, Left Brain, Hodgy, Syd, Earl Sweatshirt, Frank Ocean, Lionel “L-Boy” Boyce and much more. They created 2 albums and 2 singles that you can still find on spotify.

Singles

Tyler the creator, like most artists, doesn't just have albums, but singles as well! Some of his singles are, "cash In Cash Out" (2022), "LUMBERJACK" (2021), and so on. My favourite single by him is "Best Interest" (2020)!

IGOR

IGOR is Tyler the creator's fifth and most popular album! It was made on May 17th 2019. This album has many popular songs, such has "Earfquake" (the most streamed in the album), "New magic wand". and much much more.

Goblin

Goblin is the first album Tyler the creator released. It was Released on May 10th 2011 and has 18 tracks. The most popular track in this album is "Yonkers" . My favourite song on this album though, is "She". Tyler collaborates with Frank ocean!

CMIFYGL 2 is basically an add on of CMIFYGL, This "album" was released on March 31st 2023 (this year), and has 24 tracks. This album mostly consists of tracks that didn't make it into CMIFYGL. The most popular track is "Sorry not sorry"

CMIFYGL is Tyler's sixth album. Released on June 25th 2021, the album has 16 tracks. The most popular track being "WUSYANAME", but the most well known is Sweet sweet/I thought you wanted to dance.

Cherry Bomb

Cherry bomb is Tyler's third album, and was released on April 13th 2015. The album has 13 tracks, the most popular song on this album is named "Perfect".

Flower Boy

Tyler's fourth album, Flower Boy is my favourite album that Tyler has made, it was released on July 21st 2017. This album has 14 tracks, the most popular track on this album being "See you Again" which you may have heard of as it is pretty popular! I will talk about this album more later..

Tyler's second album, Wolf is one of my favourite albums, next to Flower Boy. This album was released on April 1st, 2013 and has, like goblin, 18 tracks. The most popular track on this album is "IFHY".
