Email Directly

When selecting the Ticket Department, departments not yet active in HubSpot will have 'Email Directly' next to their name. If a department says 'Email Directly', you will need to copy them into the email rather than moving the ticket.

Ticket Cards Each ticket is represented as a card and can be opened by clicking on the hyperlinked ticket name.

Activity Shortcut Buttons

The left column includes ticket information, ticket properties, and the ticket's status, subject line, and location. Also in this section are our shortcut buttons which allow us to quickly take notes, send emails, and create follow-up tasks. To customize shortcut buttons, click More. Add, remove and reorder shortcut options.

Ticket Link Each ticket can be opened by clicking on the ticket's blue hyperlinked name.
