The person is introduced to the job, gets used to the working environment, learns, evaluates his abilities and adapts. Research has shown that from the moment a person decides on a career, it takes six to eight years to establish it. Problems that may arise: inadequate self-evaluation, dissonance in obtaining career information, unrealistic expectations. The second stage - the career advancement stage - between the ages of 30 and 35. This is the phase of the most creative period of professional development. A person evaluates his possibilities, gains security and stabilizes his career. Organizations support people who set high goals. The problems that may arise are related to the questioning of one's own ambitions and expectations in relation to work and career. The third phase - the career maintenance phase usually lasts from 40 to 45 years. During this period, a person re-analyzes and evaluates his achievements. Most people in this period are associated with a work organization and have a good professional status and a stable career that they strive to maintain.. The fourth stage - the late career stage - lasts from the age of 50 or 55. until retirement. In this period, the person begins to become aware that his physical energy and influence in the organization are weakening, as are professional goals that he has not been able to achieve.
