I will study and finish my university studies. I will support my daughter and She will become a great artist when she grows up. I will sell my car and buy a more modern car. In a year I will be able to play the guitar. To improve my health, I will drink more water from now on. To improve the relationship with my partner, I will invite her to watch movies after dinner. On vacation I will visit another country and I will be swimming at the beach. My youngest daughter will be studying at university and my eldest daughter will have already finished her university degree. To improve my health, I won’t be watching the tv until late at night. In five years all my large debts must be paid off to start a construction project. When I finish my degree in 4 years, I will do a specialization and I will dedicate myself mainly to what I studied in my professional career, that is, I will change my profession. I will help my sister build her apartment for the well-being of her and my niece. I will take my extended family to see the sea since my father and mother do not know the beach.

Stage 1. Personal and professional achievements. Using Present Perfect
I am Yefer Villate, I am 43 years old.
I have lived for 23 years in Duitama Boyacá.
I have studied Industrial Mechanical Maintenance Technology. I have also studied Systems Technology. I am approving subjects and have continued my studies to finish my career as a Systems Engineer. I have been in a relationship for over 23 years. I am offering university studies to my daughters. I have worked in the 3 largest steel companies in the country as an industrial mechanic and hydraulics inspector.
I have managed to build my house from the ground up and although it is not finished, it is more pleasant and cozy.
As a personal achievement, I also like to travel and I have visited 3 countries: Chile, I visited Santiago de Chile, Brazil, I was in Sao Pablo in Sao Bernardo and this year I visited the beaches of Cancun in Mexico with my family.
In the long term I will build my house for which I already have the land and the plans are in process.
I will have graduated in five years. After graduating I will create my own technology services company focused on short and long range networks implementing the new available technologies. I will have visited another country by the time I am 55 years old. In 7 years my youngest daughter will have graduated from college. In 8 years my niece Zuleyma will turn 15 years old and we will throw her a family party In seven years, I will have changed jobs.
In 10 years I will be married to my wife Sandra for 25 years. My wife Sandra and I have planned for our retirement in 15 years that we will buy a rest house in the mountains. Likewise, my wife and I are saving to retire from work when I am 60 years old and she is 55, which will happen in 17 years.
