Personal and Professional achievements.

I'll start by sharing some of my personal and professional achievements that have shaped my journey so far. In recent years, I have completed a police career and have landed a promising entry-level position in a department. These achievements will not only have given me a solid foundation in my field, but will also have instilled in me a sense of purpose and determination. As I reflect on these achievements, I will be overcome with a feeling of gratitude for the opportunities that have been presented to me.

Short term Goals and expectations (5 years).

Looking ahead to the next five years, I'm going to set some short-term goals and expectations. I am determined to continue my education with a master's degree in business administration or economics. This will not only enhance my knowledge and skills, but will also open doors to more challenging and fulfilling roles within my organisation. Additionally, I will develop my leadership skills and take on more responsibilities in my current position. At the end of this period, I hope to have achieved a better work-life balance and be on my way to becoming a respected expert in my field.

In the long term, my aspirations will go beyond a successful career. Ten years from now, I imagine myself as a seasoned professional who will have made a significant impact in the business world. I hope to have ascended to a leadership position where I can influence positive change within my organization and the industry as a whole. Furthermore, I will aspire to establish my own business, taking advantage of the knowledge and experience gained over the years. Ultimately, my goal will be to create a legacy of success and inspire others to relentlessly pursue their dreams. Yes, I studied and prepared the activities in the e-book. I read the activity guide carefully and received corrections from my tutor about the work. I was present at the web conference at that time and also reviewed the recording, I managed to clearly play my role with my colleagues. I managed to participate in a timely manner in the activities forum. In the end, as a collaborative work, we achieved clear communication where we provided our respective contributions without any problem.

Personal and professional achievements. Hello, first of all my name is Laura Coicue Mesa and my current achievements are: I have had the opportunity to study systems engineering at UNAD since it gives me the opportunity to have new experiences, knowledge and skills, I have learned to make good decisions, and be efficient in any circumstance since it allows me to perform efficiently when dealing with a topic. I have had my family who supports me to move forward. They are my inspiration and my greatest joy in this world. I hope to be an autonomous person and leader of myself. . In this process he acquired knowledge about the classes and methods used in programming and basic tricks as well as becoming more creative, agile, and enthusiastic, he acquired knowledge and confidence to start working, and I hope to open new horizons through the administration of companies since it is a topic that I like, and I hope to have extensive knowledge in it. I have had the achievement of working as a team and accepting the opinions of others as well as knowing how to manage time and finances.

My future and medium-term goals are: In the next five years I will be finishing my degree in systems engineering, I will be practicing my profession, I will work in a company that allows me to develop my acquired knowledge and skills to improve on a personal level, I will be doing my specialization in Programming through data storage and processing training. I will be speaking five languages which are English, French, Mandarin, French and German. I will be traveling to many countries, among them, I am going to visit Germany, a country that I really like in its tourist area and getting to know its culture, I am going to travel with my parents, I will have many children, I hope to have twins is my greatest desire.

Long Term Goals and Hopes (10 years or more)My long-term future goals are I will have finished my specialization; I will have worked enough as a programmer in the United States. My company will be one of the most important in the world and through my knowledge I will develop applications that can help people, improving education, commerce, and human behavior. I will have the manufacturing of software products and services for different types of computing devices. I will have three foundations, for abandoned dogs and cats and the third foundation will be to help low-income children, I will have been a woman who fights for the welfare of others. I will have a big farm with all the animals possible. In the end I will have visited Mexico, Italy, France, South Korea, and Croatia, by the time I am twenty-seven.

My name is Laura Vallejo, I´m a philosophy student at UNAD University, I´m from Cali and I´m 36 years old, I live with my partner, two dogs and a cat. I work as an editor in a publishing house. I like to walk, climb mountains and ride a bicycle. In my free time I like to write poetry and draw. I am a quiet person and I very enjoy to stay with my Friends. I have entered UNAD University and I´m currently finishing my philosophy studies I have completed a creative writing workshop that it has helped me with my current job Currently, I have achieved a promotion at my job, now I am an editor. I´m happy in this job because I have been very good at reading and writing. I have created a coffee brand with the coffee growing on the family farm. This coffee is something that I really like because I know it is an excellent product.

One of my goals within the next five years will be graduate from college. I'm going to prepare to be a school teacher. I am going to continue my studies and enter a master's degree at the Universidad del Valle. I´m going to finish my book of poems, which I hope to publish at the end of this year. I´m going to travel through South America. I´m going to meet new cultures and people. This trip is something I have been looking forward to for a long time and I know it will make me very happy. Also, I´m going to do the Camino de Santiago in Spain. I will grow coffee varieties on the family farm to promote my brand and the family business. I will buy a farm in San Juan Yotoco next year with the healp of my family. This project is very importat to promote my coffee production venture. In two year’s time, I will have changed job because I will open my own publishing brand. So, in 5 years, I will be doing the activities that make me happy.

I will have remodeled my house before I turn 45 year old, I will achieve it whit a scheduled savings that I started this year. And I will have traveled through South America and Europe and I will have learned English.

Hello my name is Pedro Antonio Camelo Marin, I have a technology in management agro-industrial and now I am student of agronomist in the Unad, at the moment course seventh semester and I enjoy this progress, my achievements this year are very important in my life; I have discovered some facets what I didn't know, share experiences with friends and teachers, professionally. An achievement is I have trained in the area of plant health in the crop of palta or Persea America Hass, commonly known as aguacte hass, is a very important experience for the future of my career, I have learned about of hydroponic crops, in my house I have built a system for four hundred plants and I am testing this system, finally, I have remodeled my house and is a progress slow, but I am happy for this progress. Well this my achievements at the moment

Short term Goals and expectations (5 years).

My midterm goals are very important in my life, are my motivation, my first goal is I will take vacations with my family,I will be going to the beach in December, and We'll be having dinner, a big fish, drinks, and enjoying the place. My second goal mid term is I will be graduating of agronomist for grow up professionally and contribute upgrade the countryside. In five years I will be creating a company of production vegetables what give me an economic stability good for me and my family, my company will focus in the production sustainable the vegeetable and legumes with hydroponic systems, Producing of natural form, bio friendly, Clean of pesticides, with responsibility social and ambient. My third goal in this time is to form my family with my wife, and we will have two or three children's, and We will be going to an enjoy the life in the country.

In ten years, I will have traveled with my family around the word , I will have made a company successful with a big group of employees , I will have bought a house bigger that the actual with pool and a big grill, where I will be cooking for my family and friends, my goals long term is very peaceful and more of share with my family, I will have worked mid-time and enjoying my life.

My name is Juan Daza, and I am excited to introduce myself. I have been working in the marketing industry for the past 10 years, and during this time, I have achieved many accomplishments. One of my most significant achievements has been launching a successful marketing campaign for a multinational company, which resulted in a 25% increase in sales. In addition, I have been able to develop and implement innovative strategies for various clients, resulting in increased brand recognition and customer engagement. Throughout my career, I have also taken the initiative to improve my skills and knowledge in the marketing field.
