Hello, my name is Dany Fernando Rueda Ramirez, I am 40 years old, happily married.

My current achievements are the following: I have a beautiful familia, two wonderful children whom I adore, a stable job that, thank God, I have been in for my last few years before accessing retirement, and I have been pursuing a profesional career. Additionally, I have achieved a promotion to an even higher rank within my job as a police officer.

My medium-term future goals: In the coming years, I will achieve significant milestones in my life. I will successfully complete my career in the national police force and be eligible for a well-deserved retirement after more than 25 years of dedicated service. Simultaneously, I will continue my pursuit of higher education and become a well-rounded and professional communicator in the field of social communication. I look forward to watching my children grow and providing them with an optimal quality of life. I will be actively involved in their development and cherish the moments we share as a family.

My long-term goals: In the distant future, I will have achieved significant life goals. I will have established a self-sustaining family business, providing a source of pride and stability for generations to come. I will have fully embraced life, relishing in moments of leisure, travel, and quality time spent with loved ones. My life will have been a tapestry woven with cherished memories. My children will have grown into well-rounded individuals, both personally and professionally, contributing to society with strong values and principles. Their accomplishments will be a testament to the values we've instilled in them.

I have tried to do the collaborative part with colleagues who want to, although it is difficult because almost no one gives an opinion in the forum. My role is as a compiler. 5. My name is Nancy Pinzón Barrera, I am 40 years old, my marital status is single, I have lived all my life in Málaga-Santander, I have developed skills in the use of technological tools thanks to the unad, I have studied technology at Regency of Pharmacy at the unad I have also studied Technology in Business Management at the sena, I am studying business administration; I have worked in different trades such as a counter salesperson, assistant receptionist in a dental office, and also in an optician's office, I am working in the Molagavita-Santander Mayor's Office as a public official, I have carried out different activities such as citizen service, organizing documents, as well document management, now I live in Molagavita-Santander, I have also traveled to different municipalities in the province of García Rovira.

My medium-term future goals: I will travel to another city as a tourist, I would like to visit the Atlantic coast, I will also study English for the quizzes, I will continue at the university, I will participate in the web conferences, and take the English course, I will also process the passport, the visa will not I will still process; Will I be at work next year? I still don't know because I want to work in another place where I am better paid, acquire new knowledge and experiences. For next year I will be enrolling elective subjects, in addition to enrolling the degree project in the second semester of next year, I will practice the exercise next year I will also have the culture of saving to acquire my own home in the future. One of my objectives is to spend less money on things that I do not need, to practice my profession as a business administrator. I would like to have the habit of reading and develop reading comprehension. I would like to learn to play a musical instrument, and strengthen my skills in teamwork and adaptation to change. My long-term goals: I will have finished my professional career in business administration in 2024, I will also complete a line specialization in administration, in 10 years I will buy the house with the support of the family compensation fund and the financial institution, I will lead a more active life in the social part, in taking care of my physical, emotional and psychological health, I will improve my English, will I have changed residence in 15 years? I hope that at 16 years old my life will be a life already fulfilled, I will travel to different places nationwide to learn about the culture, the gastronomy, continue training, and associate to generate more income.

I have a beautiful relationship 7 years ago, where as a great team as teachers and circus artists, likewise, I have managed to have a stable job in an institution as a Primary Teacher. Also, I have my beautiful and nice home that I have achieved with work. On the other hand, from my artistic training I have managed to get more discipline and learning from different theatrical and circus techniques. My future goals in the medium term: In the next few years, I will finish my professional career, I will start my master's degree in order to enhance my professional career, At the same time, I will continue to work on building my entertainment company and become a micro entrepreneur.
