Structuralizm is the scientific study of the conscious experience.

The theory was proposed by Wilhelm Wundt, a German scientist. He was the first person to be refered to as a psychologist.

Structuralism was proposed in 1879

It applies to the study of people by using introspection, a processby which someone examines their own conscious experience as objectively as possible.

Today

Today, it is thought that structuralismis too subjective and doesn't produce reliable results.
