Travelling through Virtual Spaces
Browser-based learning experiences don’t have to be linear, nor do they need to be confined to the content and spaces within an LMS. You may sometimes want learners to engage with external spaces, and learning materials, as part of their course. However, you may not be able to track these activities or confirm that the learner has completed them. You will also not have any control over the quality of external resources and will have to determine their suitability for your target learners.
Your Task
- Complete the cross word on the fourth page by exploring the virtual words. The clues are hidden in two rooms, which can be found by dragging objects.
- Enter the virtual learning space (which will open as a new tab) and find the clue.
- Return and enter the missing word in the crossword on the fourth page.
- Take your time exploring or if you have a competitive edge there is a results board for the quickest to complete the crossword.
