We have a Customer writing in to get some help with their new vehicle's warranty for a repair issue. Let's start by opening up the Answers pane.
Start typing either a group of relevant keywords or a question. Here, we'll search with a question asking what next steps we can provide a Customer trying to use their warranty.
Hero AI Replies has worked its magic by pulling information from different Answers to generate a Reply suggestion. Click Use to utilize the reply.
We've now added our Reply suggestion to the composition editor. We can either edit the reply or if we're happy with it, click Send.
