General facts:

  • When the person is: HE - SHE - IT
(or singular nouns) We must add an S to the verb He eats pizza every Friday.
  • When the person is: I - YOU- WE - THEY
(or plural nouns) We must not modify the verb We eat pizza every weekend.

When creating an affirmative sentence in present simple tense we must follow just 1 simple rule:

AFFIRMATIVE STRUCTURE

  • When the person is: HE - SHE - IT
(or a singular noun) Whe must add DOES + NOT (Doesn't) He doesn't eat pizza every Friday.
  • When the person is: I - YOU - WE - THEY
(or a plural noun) Whe must add DO + NOT (Don't) We don't eat pizza every weekend.

When creating a negative sentence in present simple tense we will add the auxiliary verb DO plus the word NOT into the sentence.
