What is the purpose of a group?

The job group is dedicated to the occupation. If I'm "Sales", I'll belong to the "Sales" group and I'll be mixed with people who have the same job as me. Please note: job groups are linked to the language. I will therefore be mixed with other learners who have the same job as me and who speak the same language, so learners can come from several countries (Canada, UK, Irland, Australia, South Africa...). The title of a job group also represents the language and should look like this: JOB-EN-Project Manager There are as many groups as there are jobs at Decathlon. The information used to assign learners to the right groups is the "Job" data in Identity Access.
