Le Moon Camp Challenge est un projet éducatif piloté par L'ESA, la Fondation Airbus et Autodesk. Il est proposé au niveau mondial et consiste en la conception en 3D sur le logiciel Tinkercad d'un baselunaire innovante et futuriste destinée aux futurs explorateurs de l'espace.
Le logiciel Tinkercad est un outil de CFAO (Conception et Fabrication Assistées par Ordinateur). Il permet de manipuler virtuellement de solides afin de créer des objets en trois dimensions.

Teams will have to explore the extreme environment of space and understand how astronauts could live on the Moon. Afterwards they will 3D design their Moon Camp using Tinkercad.
Their project should be adapted to the Moon environment and make use of local resources and provide protection and/or living and working facilities for at least 2 astronauts.
In Moon Camp Discovery each duo’s mission is to 3D design only one component of a Moon Camp, using Tinkercad. Duos can choose to design the:
Lunar Lander
Lunar Orbital Space Station
Lunar Rover Moon Base Rocket Space Suit
and write a report explaining their project.
Each team will have to write a report explaining their choices for the project.
