Moderated applications

• PP receives moderation card (forward to client - try again - reject)

• Profile accessible via ATS project view

Send to client

• PP approves message

➛Conversation between freelancer and client is created

• Admin can see message

• Can decline for client

• Can recommend as top choice (?)

Goal: Client and freelancer exchange details, client approves quote by freelancer to start project

Reject with retry

• PP explains to freelancer what to change about introduction
• Freelancer gets option to update or withdraw ➛ resubmits introduction text ➛appears again as moderation card

Reject permanently

• Rejects freelancer from opportunity
• PP leaves a message that will be sent to the freelancer with rejection

Call for tender

• PPs are notified with moderation cards in Shake
• Cards contain information on company, application date, call for tender opportunity, candidate name, estimated daily rate in profile, availability

Call for tender ATS

• By clicking start, PP is redirected to freelancer application in ATS
• Introduction + CV
• PP can edit pitch
• PP can request freelancer to change pitch

➛once application is presentable to client, click star ☆ to present freelancer (not reversible) ➛ star is filled ★, client has access to profile, pitch and CV in Malt ATS ➛ client starts conversation with freelancer to discuss details

Malt Strategy

• Moderation card redirects to application in ATS
• PP can edit pitch
• PP can request freelancer to change pitch
