1. Create an account

2. Connect your first sales channel
Connecting a sales channel is the best way to experience automation in action. This is your Webgility account, not a dummy version. Select your channel and follow the prompts to sign in or add your store’s web address and connect. Once your store connects, the Webgility app will open to the dashboard.

3. Connect your QuickBooks
Once you're in the dashboard, go to Settings > Connections Manager > Add QuickBooks. The heart of automation is being able to download all your online orders, POS purchases, inventory, pricing, catalog, and other ecommerce data — from everywhere you sell — and post them to your accounting solution automatically. So you don’t have to do it manually.
4. Start automating!
You did it! You’re ready to start using your trial. From here, you can:
- Choose your accounting method or how you want to download orders (i.e., as summaries or individual line items)
- Download an order (or many) to test your settings.
- Set up the scheduler tool to download orders automatically as often every 15 minutes.
