Ocean Gate, specialized in touristic expeditions
OceanGate is a private American company based in Everett that provides manned submersibles for tourism, industry, research, and exploration. The company was founded in 2009 by Stockton Rush. The company acquired the submersible Antipodes and later built two of its own ships, Cyclops 1 and Titan. In 2021, Ocean Gate began taking paying tourists aboard the Titan to tour the Titanic wreck. As of 2022, the cost for passengers on the Ocean Gate expedition to the Titanic wreck was at $250,000 per person.

Formerly known as Cyclops 2, Titan was a five-person submersible vessel operated by OceanGate Inc. its 22 ft long and wheight 23 000 lbs. the vessel was constructed from carbon fibre and titanium.

Its steering controls consisted of a Logitech F710 wireless game controller with modified analogue sticks. Was the control panel of the Sub
As you can see it is very compact in order to save weight to go faster.
Titan could move at up to 3.5 mph (5.6 km/h) using four electric thrusters, arrayed two horizontal and two vertical.
The Titanic Wreck
Newfoundland
the most famous maritime disaster
The Titanic wreck lies about 3.8 kilometers deep in the ocean, roughly 690 kilometers south-southeast of Newfoundland's coast. It's broken into two parts, with a gap of about 600 meters between them. The front part still has many well-preserved areas, but it's damaged from hitting the ocean floor. The back part is completely destroyed. All around the wreck, there's a lot of stuff that spilled from the ship when it sank, covering an area of hundreds of thousands of square meters. Sadly, the bodies of the passengers and crew that ended up on the seabed have been eaten by sea creatures.

The Dive
They come back safely
Everyone is happy and they were able to see the Titanic with their own eyes which is fortunate
The descent from the surface to the Titanic typically took two hours, with the full dive taking about eight hours.
Customers who travelled to the Titanic with OceanGate are referred to as "mission specialists" by the company. Then they sign a contract.
Once inside the submersible, the hatch would be bolted shut and could only be reopened from the outside

Lost of Communication
U.S. Coast Guard was notified of the missing vessel.
Discovery of the debrits
Initial Dive
The dive operation began on 18 June at 9:30 a.m. NDT
The crews keep sending messages every 15 minutes to keep the status clear
The U.S. Coast Guard's Northeast Sector announced that a debris field had been found near the wreck of the Titanic.
The Navy checked its acoustic data, then shared info about a potential implosion event with the Coast Guard. Titan had 96 hours of air for 5 passengers, which would've run out on June 22, 2023 if the submersible stayed intact.
MV Polar Prince was with Titan Sub to assure communication between crews
