Ruido:

Son los medios externos u obstáculos que pueden afectar la emisión y/o recepción del mensaje. Por ejemplo, fallos en el servicio de internet, una distracción, música alta o ruidos que impiden escuchar, etc. El ruido puede producir que el mensaje no llegue o no sea bien captado por el receptor.

Feedback:

Es la respuesta que envía el receptor al emisor y viceversa. Esto garantiza la eficacia del proceso comunicativo. También se llama retroalimentación. Por ejemplo, en una conversación el feedback está presente todo el rato, y los papeles de emisor y receptor se intercambian constantemente.
