Hello! I'm Camilo Chaverra, I'm 26 years old, I live in the city of Medellin and I'm currently studying a career while I work, all this has been very difficult but I have my dreams and goals that help me to move forward. I live with my mom, my younger brother and of course our pet that has been part of our family, Chloe a very small and cute little dog, with my family we have lived in Medellin for 13 years, but not always so, we were born and raised in San Jeronimo - Antioquia and I must thank that I had a nice childhood and I would say that my brother and my mom too and the reason why we moved to the city was to have more opportunities for everyone.

My name is Jesica Salazar, currently living in the city of Medellín, I am 30 years old, and I am a student at UNAD. Throughout my life, I have strived to bring forward all my dreams and goals. When I started studying as a Nursing Assistant and was working at the same time, it was a bit challenging due to time constraints, but I managed to push both projects forward. I began working at Las Vegas Clinic at the Gastroclinical Institute a few months after having graduated, a job in which I have been committed to doing things in the best possible way and to acting in the most responsible manner with each of the patients. Currently, I have also had to study and work to carry out this career as a professional in Health Administration, in which I have gained a lot of knowledge and I have strived to complete each of the university activities while also making time to spend with my family, to read, and to exercise, which have been my favorite plans.

My name is Valeria Alvarez Muñoz, I am 26 years old, I have lived in the city of Medellín since 1997, I studied health administration technique at the politécnico mayor and I have worked in southern diagnostic sura since I was 19 years old, which was an achievement for me later. After having done the internship, since I wanted to be hired for an indefinite term, I am also studying the undergraduate degree in health administration at the Open and Distance University virtually, and in this way I have managed to share more time with my family, and I have also gone to the park more frequently with my pets, but I have not shared with my classmates in person, but I have achieved very good performance and good communication in the proposed works collaboratively with people from other cities, I have visited the country of Chile where my sister currently resides, which was always a goal for me that I recently fulfilled.

In the next five years, I will focus on completing my professional training and specializing in my area of work. As an administrator at one of the most respected hospitals in the country, I will learn from the best professionals in my field and gain invaluable experience. In addition, I am going to continue to study possibly something related to the branches of medicine and contribute to great companies to excel in the area I am in. I also aspire to mentor healthcare administration students who share my passion, offering them guidance and support on their path to medicine. my long-term future goals. I have several long-term goals, those goals are personal and also family goals since my main objective is my happiness and that of my family. From this moment on I have worked towards those long-term goals and will continue to do so. I think that in ten years I will have finished the specialization, I will also have obtained a Excellent job with very good pay, in ten years my husband would also have graduated from the specialization and we would have bought a car. In ten years we will have bought the house. I will also have traveled and I will have known many places. and something very important that I will have achieved as a mother is to pay for my daughter's university degree.

One of my main medium-term objectives and goals regarding the career I am currently pursuing is that by the year 2025 I will be graduated as a health administrator, and thus I will be able to continue growing and climbing in the company that I am currently working for. In the meantime, I will be applying to the vacancies that they already offer with the undergraduate degree and that way I am going to be analyst of the health sector. in terms of the tangible objectives, in the year 2026 I will have my first home purchase through the financing and collaboration of the Apostolate La Needle foundation in agreement with the company where I currently work for, where they contribute a % based on the value of the home for free, and by that date I will have all the economic capacity to pay it, and by 2027 I will be starting a specialization in Administration and Health Management to strengthen knowledge and stay on track in the sector in which I am passionate about, and finally in 2028 I am going to complete the driving classes which will allow me to purchase my first vehicle and transport my parents, and pets, at all times.

In the next five years Firstly, I will proudly graduate from the nursing program I am currently dedicated to. The countless hours of studying, clinical rotations, and hands-on experience will culminate in this achievement, allowing me to embark on a fulfilling career in healthcare. I am going to reach a position in a prestigious clinic, where I can apply the extensive knowled ge and skills I have honed during my studies. This role will not only provide a platform for continuous learning and growth but also enable me to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives, contributing to their well-being and recovery.

I will be attending to buy a car, this addition to my life will enhance my daily routines, offering me greater flexibility and convenience in commuting to work and pursuing various interests. Also Im going to initiate the process of purchasing my own house, a significant step towards building a stable and comfortable future. Owning a home will serve as an investment in my long-term financial well-being. As I look to the future, my long-term goals will have spanned more than ten years. I will have established a self-sustaining business that will have positively redefined myself and my family, will have supported the country's economy, and will have generated employment opportunities. In the next ten years, my primary focus will have been to contribute significantly to the preservation of our planet. I also will have aspired to promote environmental education globally, will have empowered future generations to become passionate advocates for nature. Looking even further into the future, in ten years, I will have already bought my dream house, which will give me a sense of security and achievement. In that time, I will have achieved most of my personal and professional goals. Professionally , I visualize myself occupying an outstanding position as head of nurses, supervising and leading a dedicated team of health professionals. By then, I will have perfected my English skills to a level where I will be able to communicate fluently and effectively in this language.

I will have achieved fluency in English, which will open up global opportunities for me. This skill will allow me to collaborate in a broader and more diverse environment, contributing to medical care at an international level. Looking ahead to the next decade, I see myself as the owner of my dream home, a respected head of nurses who leads with empathy and efficiency, and a fluent English speaker, ready to take on new challenges and opportunities in the global field of health care. my future medium-term goals. My family is very important to me and time with them is worth gold. That's why one of my short-term plans is that for the next vacation we will take a family trip to another country. We will travel my mother, my brothers, my nephews, my daughters and my husband. I'm also going to visit my niece in Mexico. It is also very important for me to be a professional, that is why I will be working and I will be studying and in two years I will finish my university degree in Health Administration, because this way I will have more job opportunities and also a better salary. When I finish university I will look for work as a professional, finally when I have a better job I will try to study a specialization that is related to auditing.

At the time the activity was published, the guide was reviewed together with the group mates, in order to achieve the best possible development of the task. I was able to attend one of the workshops held by the tutor Wilton. 3. Did you participate in the forum in advance or just at the end? The contributions were made within the established time frame 4. The activity was carried out in a collaborative manner, each of the members was committed to delivering their contributions within the corresponding deadlines. 5. As personal objectives I have several goals to accomplish, some of these are: I will start with one of the most anticipated and cherished dreams, I will complete my degree as a Health Administrator with a wealth of knowledge. This way, I will secure a stable job, which will be financially rewarding and where I will be able to gain practical experience in the field of Administration, I will continue studying topics related to health administration, such as diploma programs and possibly even pursue a master's degree, in order to be able to aim for job positions that will require more expertise and knowledge, "When I'm an administrator, I'm going to continue studying". I will achieve the recovery from an ankle sprain due to a fall, so I can physically and mentally prepare myself to run a 21k race in the city of Medellin. In 2 years I will be visiting EuropeAnother very important thing I want to accomplish in the medium term is to go on a cruise with my whole family where we will share time, which is the most valuable thing we have, I will also save money to sell my car and upgrade to a more modern and comfortable one, so I can travel around Colombia and will have the opportunity to visit some of the most renowned towns in our country. Finally, I will learn to rollerblade to enjoy it in some free spaces. I'm going to be successful!

By the year 2029 I will have finished the specialization in Health Administration and Management and thus I will continue to climb in terms of the work environment and in the field of knowledge and be able to execute all the learning acquired in terms of the specialization and after that I will have had two children, and as soon as I am 36 years old I will have rescued several dogs that I will have fostered in my house as a temporary home or as definitive support in order to the stray animals that are found every day in a vulnerable and abused condition, and by the middle of the In the year 2033, my relative that resides in Chile will have returned to their country of origin, which is Colombia. They will have already arrived to support and help with the cause of animals with the entire family. We will have made all the necessary arrangements for the welcome party and for When I am 37 years old I will also have visited Mexico in the company of my parents, and finally between the ages of 45 and on I will have been dedicated myself to the shelter, my children, family and working every day to be able to achieve all the objectives and goals proposed in this text.

Some of them are: I will have bought a bicycle in a few years to explore different towns in Colombia, I will have visited Peru in a few years, where I will explore Machu Picchu, the Nazca Lines, the Huancaína desert, Lake Titicaca, the Rainbow Mountain, and other tourist spots in the country. My mom and I will have started a decoration business for events like weddings, baby showers, baptisms, birthdays, and many more options, as it is one of the things she enjoys doing the most. I will have been in India for two months to get to know the culture, traditions, and customs of that country. By the time 2033 arrives, I will have saved up the down payment to buy my house or apartment and live with my mom. Also, I will have traveled with my mom to different parts of the world.I will have completed all my studies and I will be working in a large company applying all the knowledge I have gained during my university studies. Finally, but no less important, after several years, I will have fulfilled one of my favorite dreams, paragliding, and will have accompanied my niece in each of her skating competitions.
