Step 2:
Hello, my name is Andrys Herazo Arias. I am a technologist in administrative and technical management in sales. I am currently studying Business Administration at the National Open and Distance University. For the past six years. I have been working at the Ricardo González in Valledupar, where I hold the position of administrative assistant. in this position. I have been able to participate in research projects. in seedbeds, meetings with other schools in different cities of Colombia such as Medellín, Bogotá and Cali; Another of my achievements during the development of these projects I have achieved with suitable and comprehensive professionals in administrative areas, teachers, industrial engineers, with these professionals I acquired knowledge, skills for the development of my profession. finally, thanks to this position. I learned to use programs like ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Google Earth, Excel, Word and other programs.

Step 3:
Among the goals that I set myself for the medium term are: taking an English course to improve my level of English, which is essential for my personal and professional life. In one year I plan to finish my professional career, later I will start studying for a master's degree and I will practice my profession to be able to acquire a lot of experience and knowledge, which will help me to be a better person and a suitable professional, after I am going to continue with my accessories business that for a few years put it on hold due to personal and economic problems. I also open a store to organize all the merchandise and that the client can have the best Attention and you can choose your product well. In three years, I am going to take a trip with my family so that they can get rid of stress and can enjoy themselves since lately they have not had the time and I want to please them. I consider that traveling is a great opportunity to share, recharge energy, renew and be happy. on the other hand, with my husband we will build a house in the town to visit on weekends and be able to invite family, friends and co-workers to share and do activities to get to know each other even better and live a different experiences.

My long-term goals is that in 10 years, to have achieved the goals I set for myself, enlarge my business in other cities, mainly in the city of Medellín. where I plan to live and work, I also planbe able to participate in entrepreneurship fairs, meetings with entrepreneurs, employ and train employees. After that, travel to other countries and publicize my venture with good publicity on social networks it is currently the most viral in the world. get married, have children, I will buy my house where I will live with my partner and my children, enjoy from my family, which is the most valuable and biggest project that you can have and in which you must work with the hand of God. I will finally have, honeymoon in Mexico and take our children since it is a tourist destination and be able to share with the family. since it has a great diversity of natural resources, enormous cultural and historical wealth recognized by gastronomy. also to live an experience visiting many tourist sites, get to know the beautiful beaches of Cancun and that my children can enjoy this beautiful trip and just like us.
