We really need to make a quick change in our daily life by changing our uses in the smart devices, it had already been lots of years with these and if we want to create real relationships with people and have natural conversations we need to change now!!
There are also several ways we can improve all this bad habits that we have been normalizing in our daily live, like for example the option of (do not bother) in wich you don' have any notifications and you can be calm for a while
Determining what is important to put in order  this speaking of our social media, emails and work needs of efort from our brain and time so having to determine this is absoletuly not good for our system and can also generates anxiety.
Using the amount of time that we use our smart devices nowadays can generate stress and make feel the people overwhelmed
The addiction we have been generating past the last years with the phones is truly amazing
Impact of the use of smart devices

There is something called switch attetion that basically is that when you are for example at work and received a notification you will automatically switch all of your attetion to that notification and get you actually distracted from what it is actually important
The focus on work is one of the most important things and to be receiving an aproximate of 60 or more notifications per hour makes almost impossible to be focus, this beacuase of the no control of our time and devices
Imagine that our brain is a flat lake and every time we have a notification or email this nice calm disappears and make feel our system like ina a middle of an storm
The fact that we don't have the same real connections with people anymore is truly disappointing
with no doubts we all have issues with our pariental cortex with all the distractions on our smart devices
