How to Pin Chat or Channels

  1. In MS Teams click on the chat or Teams icon located in the left hand side menu bar.
  2. Find the relevant chat or channel and click on the ellipses next to the name.
  3. Select "Pin" to pin this chat or channel to the top of your Teams menu.

Closely monitor your pinned chat and channels daily.
