I think a lot of people don't understand what really goes into a tour, and not only the terminology that comes with travel and tours, but also all of the behind-the-scenes work that goes into putting these sort of plays together if you will. It really is a work of art in the end, and there's a lot of little things that need to be accomplished in order for that tour to be successful. So even if you are very outgoing, even if you're great at public speaking, you also need to learn the ropes. You need to understand what really goes into it so that the tour can be as accessible as it's gonna be. I think a good tour guide is somebody that's going to not only have a fun and outgoing personality and be very social, but I think somebody that is also going to put the work in, that is, going to learn andhelp others learn about the destinations. Somebody that is going to show you the way, kind of hold your hand when you need to, when you need your hand to be held, but also kind of let you go when it's time for you to have your own adventure, and it takes a very special person I think to to make those dreams come true for individuals. It's scary to do something different with your life. It's scary to tell your family that, no I don't want to be behind the desk or I I want to make a difference in the world. We want people who are going to go out and make a difference in the world. We want someone who's going to build those bridges. We want someone to go to whatever country or state or a region that they're visiting. We want to break down those stereotypes. We we want to have them show their guests that even though we might speak a different language, or we might worship differently, or the cultures might be different, in the very end we want the same things in life, we want a sense of peace, a sense of place. We want our children and those that we love to be safe, and we want opportunity and joy. Travel has this amazing way of bringing it down that we are not that different and so we're really looking for those people that get that mission and vision

1. Fleet Upgrade: Investigate options for upgrading the airline's fleet to newer, more fuel-efficient aircraft. Consider leasing, purchasing, or partnerships with aircraft manufacturers.2. Destination Expansion: Identify potential new routes and destinations based on market demand, tourism trends, and feasibility studies.3. Customer Service Improvement: Develop a plan to standardize and improve the quality of customer service, including staff training, in-flight services, and handling passenger feedback.4. Modern Booking System: Research and recommend a modern booking system that offers features such as mobile check-in, seat selection, and loyalty programs.5. Cost Reduction Strategies: Propose strategies to reduce operating costs, such as optimizing flight schedules, improving maintenance processes, or renegotiating contracts with suppliers.6. Marketing and Promotion: Create a marketing and promotional campaign to attract more tourists to the airline. Consider partnerships with local tourism boards and travel agencies.7. Sustainability Initiatives: Explore opportunities to reduce the airline's environmental footprint, such as adopting eco-friendly practices or investing in sustainable aviation technology.
