Fish and Chips: typical dish of English fast-food. Is prepared with fried fish, usually cod (merluzzo), served with chips and is often accompained by peas and curry sauce.

Full English Breakfast: is prepared with toasted bread, eggs, bacon, sausages (salsicce), beans, tomatoes and mushrooms.

Welsh Rarebit: it's a toasted bread with melted cheese (formaggio fuso) cheddar, ham and mustard, typical of Wales.

Irish Stew (stufato): it's a beef stew with potatoes, onions, carrots and parsley (prezzemolo), prepared during Saint Patrick's day in Ireland.

Haggis: typical scottish recipe, it's a kind of cotechino prepared with sheep innards (interiora) with onions, beef fat, oats (avena), vegetable broth and spices (spezie).
