2. In the body, include information about the purpose of your email. (Sometimes you want to send a file and you forget to attach it!)
3. Write your name at the end of your email.
4. Be polite.
5. Name the files according to their content and author.
6. Send the files in .pdf format unless the teacher tells you otherwise.
