Our MVP Team (Enterprise Account Management) will take our Member Performance Principal model to the next level building on the great work to date. We’re evolving our model based on what customers need and how they engage with us. This means we’ll be segmenting our customers based on size, scope and future potential. Some customers require large, complex, integrated solutions that span all our business units. We’ll have leaders and teams supporting these activities at an enterprise level. Other customers need a specific solution and don’t need an account management process, so we’ll have sales teams embedded in the business units aligned with our field teams to be the face to the customer and align with the business unit strategy as subject matter experts.
A special note: Thank you to Jim Brooke who will be leaving Vizient. His leadership and ingenuity in growing our sales and account management functions have set us up for ongoing success.
