Consulting will help providers drive strategic growth and transformation, improve quality and succeed in value-based care through cultural, clinical and operational excellence. This area is focused on partnering with providers to address specific challenges over a defined period of time, while other business units will focus on on-going managed services. Offerings will be differentiated by organizing around three practice areas: Strategy, High Reliability and Performance Improvement.

Our MVP Team (Enterprise Account Management) will take our Member Performance Principal model to the next level building on the great work to date. We’re evolving our model based on what customers need and how they engage with us. This means we’ll be segmenting our customers based on size, scope and future potential. Some customers require large, complex, integrated solutions that span all our business units. We’ll have leaders and teams supporting these activities at an enterprise level. Other customers need a specific solution and don’t need an account management process, so we’ll have sales teams embedded in the business units aligned with our field teams to be the face to the customer and align with the business unit strategy as subject matter experts.

A special note: Thank you to Jim Brooke who will be leaving Vizient. His leadership and ingenuity in growing our sales and account management functions have set us up for ongoing success.
