Contact supplier

With the Email Blast tool we can send a notification to the provider based on their status, either through an invitation or by requesting the required documentation.

Dashboard

No connection established

There is no company account with a domain similar to the email that was registered in the provider's registry. In this case, it is necessary to use Email Blast to send an onboarding invitation.

Add a new provider

The following information is required:

• ID / SAP Number.
• Name of the Provider.
• Supplier Group (meat, ingredient, co-packer)
• Select the OU in which it is active.
• Email address.

Documents

Based on the type of provider, we can select any group of documents and we can also find the different necessary documents.

Items Supplied Dashboards

As in the suppliers section, there is a way to create dashboards with different attributes to be able to observe the information on the items in a better way.

Here we can see the different addresses of the plants that the supplier may have, so it is necessary to select the one that sells the product to Sigma.

Customer Management

In this section we can find the different sections with which our suppliers will be interacting. They can find the options to accept connection requests, add new plant locations and upload the required documentation.

Dashboards

In this section you will be able to view the different dashboards, which were created to filter the information and have a better view of the records.

Potential Connection

This symbol refers that there is an account registered with a similar email, so it is necessary to verify the accounts that manage said account and make sure that it is the correct contact and address of the provider.

Pending Connection

This connection status indicates that the provider has already been sent a connection request to the plant with the appropriate address, so it is necessary to notify it in order to continue with the process.
