Malt Strategy

First application moderation

• If a freelancer is new to Malt and has not run a project through us yet, their application will be moderated

• Project Partner receives moderation card

• Can send introduction to client or reject the message

Moderated/Qualified

• All applications are moderated

• Project Partner receives moderation card for every reacting freelancer

• Can send introduction to client or reject the message

No Moderation

• No pitching form, conversation is created, freelancer can reply directly to client
• No moderation by Project Partners, messages directly exchanged between client and freelancer

Call for tender

• Freelancer can apply by writing short introduction and submitting CV
• Project Partner receives moderation card and reviews message and CV, forwards to client
• Once client confirms interest in profile, moderation card will be accepted and direct conversation between client and freelancer possible

Malt Strategy

• Freelancer applies with introduction about themselves, daily rate, confirmation of availability and at least one work experience
• Project Partner reviews, edits if needed, and recommends profile to client
• Possibility to generate Candidate Proposal to share with clients via link
