Reflection A purposeful activity in which you analyse experiences, or your own practice/skills/responses, in order to learn and improve.

Models of reflection

Graham Gibbs (1988) created a reflective learning cycle, including the role of feelings:

1. Description 2. Feelings 3. Evaluation 4. Analysis 5. Conclusion 6. Action Plan

wRITE A REFLECTION!

Reflect on your own learning process during your time as a UCA school of languages student comparing it to the different thoughts or ideas that come out after answering to these questions:1. What challenges have I faced? 2. What is coming next? Use present perfect structures and time expressions. (At least five sentences and two different time expressions). Well-structured sentences, organization, clarity and mechanics will be evaluated.
