Check Student Schedule
Determine if back to back classes are the issue
It is reasonable for a student to request an earlier or later time based on the class schedule if they have back-to-back classes or insufficient time between classes to allow for extended time. Some students may also be athletes and have practice times that conflict with when they test - this can be verified by a supervisor.
- Click on Student Name to go to their profile
- Select Accommodations
- Scroll down to confirm all classes have requested accommodations (see above)
- Scroll down to review the course schedule
Approve Exam
Approve Exam request by clicking on View for the exam and scrolling to the Approve Exam Request button as seen below. This will send an email to the student notifying them that their exam request has been approved. Then proceed to schedule the appropriate room to meet the student's accommodations.

- DARK = I, H, or F
- SUN = B, D, or C
- CONT = B, F
- READ, SPEE, DOC, SCRI = computer access or typically an individual room
- All other tags related to how the exam should be printed
- Without a specific accommodation/Tag most students can otherwise be placed in A
