Co-facilitation

Co-facilitation is when more than one person is involved in leading and/or co-planning a session. When you co-facilitate, you have the opportunity to work with someone else, this means you will have a partner to learn, share and create learning opportunities. As we all think and see things different, sometimes it can be challenging, but it is always a great opportunity to learn.
