Materials Adaptation Materials adaptation, on the other hand, involves modifying existing teaching materials to suit the needs of a particular group of learners or a specific language learning context. Evaluation: Assessing the suitability and relevance of existing materials for the target learners and learning context. 2. Education is knowing that you can change the information, correct typos if necessary, and customize the layout to meet the specific needs of your classroom. This is one of the biggest benefits of creating teacher resources. You can change it if you want. 3. Stages of development of a material. For your corporate training solution, step 1 is to analyze the needs. Step 2 of the Assess training content development process is the actual content. Third step: Take into account the student's prior knowledge. Establish a course outline in step four. Create your own personalized learning experience in step five.

2. Take into consideration individual needs and learning styles: Choose materials that present information in a variety of ways. Using mixed media (text, video, images, real world examples, graphs, etc.) make information more interesting and address learners' different learning styles. 3. Teachers must take into account the authenticity of the source, the target language proficiency, the age and language proficiency of the students, as well as other factors. After selecting the materials, teachers must determine if they need to be further modified to meet the needs of their students. 4. I have created the materials of my classes based on the needs of my students, copying ideas that I saw that worked for different teachers of the practices, useful methodologies to capture the attention of the students making them willing to obtain that knowledge.
10.In this sense, ethics will allow the teacher to channel the persuasive power of their arguments in their practice of evaluating students; However, you should abandon the idea that evaluations are only for promotion and grading, which is an inaccurate representation of the process. After all, it is a moral statement. 11. In order to achieve meaningful learning, the teacher must create an environment in the classroom that invites everyone to observe, investigate, learn, and build their own learning, and not just follow what they do or say (Ausubel, Novak & Hanesian, 1978). The basic learning rights allow us to see clearly not only when the learning that we expect to develop year after year occurs, but also what are those evidences of learning, those measurable and observable actions that students are going to carry out.
