Hey guys!
Hey!
Suzy, you know, you don't have to go to the library everytime you want new books, we have access to Sora!
What's Sora?
Oh yeah, Mo is right! Sora let's you check out so many different books and even magazines! I love it!
Suzy, Sora is our eBook database? It's one of my favorite apps!
Let me show you!...
Wow, that sounds super cool, I'd love to check it out! How do I access it?
First you open the eBooks folder in Classlink
Then you will open the Sora App!
Filters on the right allow you to select what media you're looking for. Audiobooks? eBooks? Magazines?
You will see all of these amazing tools!
The homepage opens to various suggestions and the menu at the bottom allows you to toggle from the Home page to your own eBook shelf,
The menu button on the top allows you to personalize your experience in different ways!
You can add the Irving Public Library, change it to Dyslexic Font, adjust the language!
Everytime you finish a book or read for days in a row you unlock new records and awards!
I have a 26 day streak and I got the Reading Rockstar for reading 15 hrs total!
You can check out books instanlty, or place books on hold when they are unavailable.
Awesome Suzy, see if you can beat my record!
Wow! I am going to go check out some books now!
