Final Presentation 'Advice a Manager'

We meet on your Campus in the respective class room. The in-person classes are designed as flipped classes. You prepare your homework before class. The professors give mini-lectures and you contribute actively during class. You engage in different activities and solve various tasks, either individually or in teams.

Professors have prepared exercises for students on the Courses platform. You have to watch videos, recap the skills discussed in class, and fill in self-assessments to evaluate your current level of competence. You will need the self-assessments for your final exam (i.e., the Leadership Development Plan). Professors give students an extended slot of three days to work on these e-sessions to make sure that each student will be able to complete these assessments.

We connect together virtually and combine individual and collaborative work in a different mode. The virtual class is designed spot-on, so that no homework is required as preparation. However, you are still asked to contribute actively.
