BILLY ELLOIT

Global Goal 2030
Global GOAL 2030
In the film Billy Elliot there's a reference at the fifth objective of the Global Goal 2030. Billy's a boy, and he does boxe. But at the first dance lessons he finds a passion for the dance. Now he wants to do dance. His father doesn't approve becouse he thinks the dance it's only for the girls and not for the boys. For Jackie Elliot there are sports and disciplines for girls (like dance) and for boys (like football or boxe). But for Billy isn't like this: he likes dance and he wants do that, although he isn't a girl. So this film says the girls and the boys can be everithing, can do everything and can feel everithing.

Do you like Billy Elliot?
Do you like Billy Elliot?
Yes, I like.I like Billy Elliot becouse this film is against gender bias and discrimination. I like the characters of Billy, don't becouse it's the Protagonist, but becouse he's so dreamer, determined and he achieves the goal anyway.
No, I don't like. The film's got a meaning important, but there's a thing that I can't support: the verbal and physical violence of Jackie to his son Billy only becouse he likes dance and he does it.
