GOOD HEALTH HABBITS CAN HELP YOU AVOID DISEASE AND IMPROVE YOUR QUALITY OF LIFE.

I PROPOSE TO DRINK A LOT OF FLUID AND SLEEP WELL AT NIGHT.

HEALTHY EATING IS ONE THAT PROVIDE THE NUTRIENTS THE BODY NEEDS TO FUNCTION PROPERLY.

I ALSO PROPOSE TO EAT A BLANCED WAY FOR ENERGY.

ONE CONSEQUENCE OF A BAD DIET IS CANCER.

ANOTHER CONSECUENCE IS OBESITY.

ALSO YOU CAN HAVE CAVITIES AS CONCECUENCE OF A BAD DIET.

To verify the behaviour of the population we carry out a survey and as result we have that 33,3 % of the population suffers from chronic dissease and 66, 7 enjoys good health

100 % of our surveyed population knows about the benefits of eating a good diet.

Almost 40 % of our surveyed population don´t drink enough water, Will be this a consequence of acquiring a chronic disease?

Could it be stress, emotional situations factors of diseases? Make your conclusions. Thinking about the future we bring two totally natural medicinal proposals
