"There is" and "there are" are phrases used to indicate the existence or presence of something. They are often used when describing objects, people, or things in a particular location.
AFFIRMATIVE FORM
"There is" is used to indicate the existence or presence of a singular object, idea, or situation. - There is a cat on the roof. - There is a cup on the table. - There is a problem with the computer. NEGATIVE FORM
